My son and I spun the lift 180 degrees and repositioned the wheel stops on the runways. This placed the power unit at a better spot and we were able to get the lift tucked back into the corner pretty close. The extension cord will eventually go under a rubber cover and be secured into place on the columns, There's about an inch of clearance between the runways and the floor when the lift is all the way down so there's no danger of crushing the cord. (Yes, it's a 12g cord so 20A is no issue.)
