Ugly Drum Smoker
All done! Time to load in some charcoal and wood chips then fire it off with a pound of bacon to season the drum and let me figure out how to manipulate and hold temperatures. That will be accomplished by manipulating the ball valve on one of the iron nipples. The seasoning run will also give me an idea of how long a load of charcoal will last.

After that, BRING ON THE MEAT!!

Hmmm... Welding project idea: Steel cart to wheel this thing around on.... :)
