This is some BS
Entry Door -

This door was half-ass screwed into place and I knew I'd be re-hanging this one as soon as I walked up. It was nearly 1 1/2" out of plumb (It leaned out from the house 1" at the top and in to the house about 3/8" at the bottom) and out of square. The lockset was installed upside down as well.

The framing below the threshold was all pretty rotten so I had to cut it all out and used 3" exterior screws and some fresh lumber to put it back together

This is after I got it all properly hung and trimmed out with 1x3 re-sawn lumber. When the old door was removed, it had stucco moulding trimming it out and whoever did the demo really busted up the stucco. Instead of trying to install new stucco moulding and patching the stucco, I made the executive decision to build it all out and add some nice detail. My table saw and nail guns got quite a workout fabricating and installing it all.
