Original location was at the lower left, but there's not enough wire to reach the baseboard location, so I opened up the wall a bit more to see if I could move it to the next tread up. I can feel where the wire comes through the double stud on the right, but there's an odd something holding the wire to the stud. It feels like a staple used to hold radiant heat piping to the bottom of a subfloor....
