This is the threshold assembly for the rear exterior door that wasn't even installed when the door was hung. Getting it installed after the fact would have been very difficult if not impossible.. Check out the screw heads. Yep. FUBAR. 2 out of 5 means 60% of the screws *aren't* effed up.
