Door hung properly and interior casing installed. Note the threshold is not yet installed. Normally, you don't remove them as they're screwed to the jambs, but I'm pretty sure the other "carpenter" couldn't get it to fit because the tile needed to be trimmed and yanked it off.
When I hung the door, I made sure to set the jambs at the proper height so I could slip the threshold into place once the tile was cut. It took some "persuasion" to go into place, but I managed to get it in without damaging anything.
