Remember the stripped screws on the threshold for the rear entry door? I managed to get them out with the help of an extractor and save the threshold.
The orange tape is delineating a cut line where I had to trim the tile back about 1/2" to get the threshold to sit flush with the jamb. I also had to buzz down the thinset under my cut to get the height of the threshold correct. Even so, it took a block of wood and a hammer to get the threshold to drop into positon.
