This is some BS
Rear Entry Door -

Trimmed out and ready for paint. The jamb extensions were a challenge as the stucco isn't very flat around the door. I had to measure the distance between the surface of the stucco and the jambs every 6 inches and transfer that to my material before cutting on the tablesaw. Unlike the tapers required in the other doors, these were more like "S" curves to make it all work and look correct.

I also had to wedge a strip under the front edge of the threshold as there was nothing to support the lip and the threshold would have bent in short order.

Coping the left side trim around the handrail was tedious as well.

So, what was supposed to be a two day job turned into a 4 day job and I had to do a lot of work I wasn't planning on doing. Even after un-%&*%$ing this place, the woman flipping it shorted me $800, saying I "was slow". So, if you're in the San Diego area and a realtor named Lenska Bracknell calls you to work on a project, tell her to piss off. She's too cheap to pay for quality work. Lenska, if you're reading this, I *DARE* you to sue me for libel. I still have all the text messages, emails and phone logs and would LOVE to sit down in front of a judge/arbiter and make you look foolish.
